Diversion of the stream/drainage channel located north of the BTSF Phase 2 basin to make way for Phase 2 basin construction. Works included excavation through highgrounds, blasting and breaking of hard rock, construction of berms/bunds for containment in low-lying areas, slope trimming to specification, and construction of a culvert for heavy duty machinery access. Construction undertaken in partnership with WBHO under WBHO QUANTUM LC LTD, with Quantum LC as 70% shareholder.
