Quantum LC has donated a Valleylab™ FT10 Energy Platform to the Department of Child Health at the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital as part of its corporate social responsibility initiatives and in commemoration of the birthday of its Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Joseph Titus-Glover.
The medical equipment was officially presented on January 2, 2026, on behalf of the CEO, the Quantum LC team and the family of Mr. Titus-Glover, to support surgical procedures under the Department of Child Health.
The Valleylab FT10 Energy Platform is a compact surgical generator designed to deliver precise radiofrequency energy for cutting, coagulation and advanced vessel sealing, enabling safer, faster and more efficient surgeries across multiple specialties, including general, vascular and thoracic procedures.
Receiving the donation, a representative of the Department of Child Health expressed gratitude to Quantum LC, describing the gesture as "significant and impactful." The representative stated: "On behalf of the surgical staff unit and the entire staff, we want to say a very big thank you to all of you."

The latest donation adds to Quantum LC's growing healthcare support footprint. In February 2025, the company donated critical medical equipment to the National Cardiothoracic Centre at Korle Bu Teaching Hospital, including a PERLOVE PLX5300 Mobile Digital X-ray Machine and three DRAEGERWERK ICU ventilators.
In October 2025, Quantum LC partnered with AngloGold Ashanti and Help Is On The Way Mission to restore sight to residents of Obuasi through a free eye care outreach. The initiative benefited more than 600 residents, with 15 patients undergoing cataract surgery under the supervision of Senior Specialist Ophthalmologist Dr. Benedicta Appiah-Thompson.
